Evergreen Life Plans ("we", "us") operates evergreenlifeplans.com, a free service that connects consumers with independent licensed insurance agents for final expense and life insurance coverage. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide: first name, phone number, state, the age range and coverage details for the person to be covered, and general health information. We also automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you arrived from, and advertising identifiers.
We use your information to connect you with independent licensed insurance agents who can quote and, if you choose, arrange coverage. By requesting a quote you consent to be contacted at the number you provide by us and by participating licensed agents, including by phone or text and including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We use advertising and analytics tools (such as the Meta pixel) to measure advertising performance. These may process technical identifiers and, in hashed form, contact details, to attribute requests to campaigns. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and device settings.
We share your request details with the independent licensed agents and agencies needed to fulfill your request, and with vendors providing our hosting, call routing, and analytics. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
